◆Be careful about the following points during use.
[Precautions for collection of urine]
●The paper cup used to collect your urine should be dry and clean.
●Do not use urine that has been left for hours, is extremely cloudy urine, or urine contains foreign matter.
[Precautions for testing procedure]
●Perform a test properly according to the procedure described on the leaflet.
●When you place the cap on the opposite end of the test stick, be careful not to push too hard. If you push too hard, it may not come off.
●Once you have urinated on the absorbent tip or have dipped the tip into the urine, be sure to keep the tip facing down. If you keep the tip facing up, the completion line required to make an interpretation may not appear.
[Precautions for interpretation]
●Pay attention to the following points when you make an interpretation:
･The whole square window may turn reddish-purple or a border pattern may appear during the course of the reaction. Do not make any interpretation at this point. It will disappear eventually. The test line will appear as a vertical line.
･It may require more than 1 to 3 minutes to make an interpretation depending on the amount of urine or how you urinated on the stick. Even in that case, you can make an interpretation if a line appears within about 10 minutes.
･The color of test line may be light or dark, depending on the urine hCG level. Make an interpretation by the presence or absence of a line displayed in the square window, not by the lightness or darkness of the color.
･If no reddish-purple line (control line) appears in the round window at all, you should not make an interpretation. You may have performed the test improperly. Retest using a new test stick.
●Even if you are not pregnant, the test results may be positive in the following cases:
･If you are in the menopausal period
･If you have an hCG-producing tumor (chorionepithelioma, etc.)
･If you are under treatment with gonadotropins (specific ovulation inducers containing hCG)
●Even if your expected period does not start, results may be negative in the following cases:
･If you have an irregular menstrual cycle
･If you have miscalculated the expected date of your period
･If the urine hCG level is not high enough because of an early stage of pregnancy
･If a large amount of hCG has been secreted due to pregnancy
(In rare cases, a large amount of hCG may be secreted more than 2 months from the previous period.)
･In cases of abnormal pregnancy (extrauterine pregnancy, etc.)
･In case of an abnormal fetus (fetal death, missed abortion, etc.)
･If a large amount of hCG has been secreted due to a hydatidiform mole, etc.
･If a test has not been performed properly:

What you should NOT do

･A definitive diagnosis of pregnancy should be given by a physician based on the comprehensive results of consultation and ultrasound tests.

Who should seek consultation
1.Women under fertility treatment should consult a physician before using this test stick.
2.Women whose period still does not start after results have been negative should retest or consult a physician.

Precautions for test timing
1.If you have a regular menstrual cycle:
If you have a regular menstrual cycle, you can perform the test about 1 week from the expected date of your period, using this kit. However, results may be negative or uncertain because some women may present a very low level of urine hCG during the early stage of pregnancy. If your period still does not start about 1 week from the above results, retest or consult a physician.
2.If you have an irregular menstrual cycle:
If you have an irregular menstrual cycle, you can use the previous menstrual cycle to calculate the expected date of your period and perform a test about 1 week from that date. If your period still does not start after you have been tested negative, retest or consult a physician.

Precautions for disposal

Precautions for storage and handling
･Keep out of the reach of children.
･Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
･Do not use this test stick after the expiration date.
･Keep the test stick in the package until immediately before use.
