Indication
1. Constipation
2. Relief of the following symptoms accompanying constipation:
- heavy head feeling
- hot flash
- rough skin
- pimples
- poor appetite
- abdominal bloating
- abnormal intestinal fermentation
- hemorrhoids -
Dosage regimen
Take the following dose with water or warm water without chewing.
Adults (15 years and over): 2 or 3 tablets once a day, before bedtime
Children (11-14 years): 1 or 2 tablets once a day, before bedtime
Start medication with the minimum dose, and adjust the dosage according to your bowel movements. -
Ingredients / Quantity
Maximum daily dose (3 tablets) contains:
Bisacodyl ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ 15 mg
Additives: lactose hydrate, cellulose, crospovidone, methacrylic acid copolymer S, methacrylic acid copolymer LD, sodium lauryl sulfate, polysorbate 80, hypromellose, triethyl citrate, talc, white soft sugar, acacia (gum arabic), titanium oxide, macrogol, povidone, carnauba wax, magnesium stearate and Food Red No.3 (coloring agent) -
Characteristic
1."Bisacodyl", the main ingredient, stimulates the colonic mucosa to increase the peristalsis of the intestines. It also activates defecation reflex to induce bowel movements.
2. The medicine shows its effects more strongly and rapidly than herbal laxatives such as rhubarb and senna.
3. The medicine is especially useful for those who suffer from obstinate and chronic constipation.
4. Constipation is often caused by weakened peristalsis of the intestines due to stress or fatigue. It is recommended to take the medicine together with vitamin B1 to promote intestinal peristalsis. -
Important reference information
1. Do not take any other laxatives while taking this medicine.
2. Do not take in large doses.3. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting medication, if:
(1) you are receiving medical treatment,
(2) you are pregnant or possibly pregnant, or
(3) you are having any of the following symptoms:severe stomachache, nausea or vomiting
4. Discontinue the medication immediately and consult your doctor or pharmacist in the following cases:
(1) Severe stomachache, nausea or vomiting after taking the medicine, or
(2) No improvement is seen after taking the medicine for about one week.
5. Diarrhea may occur. If it persists or worsens, discontinue the medication and consult your doctor or pharmacist. -
