Indication
Relief of the following symptomsdue to acute rhinitis, allergicrhinitis or sinusitis:
- sneezing
- runny nose
- stuffy nose
- watery eyes
- sore throat
- heavy head feeling -
Dosage regimen
Take the following dose with water or warm water without chewing atintervals of 4 hours or longer.
Adults (15 years and over): 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day
Children (7-14 years): 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day -

Belladonna total alkaloid ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ 0.4 mg
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ 150 mg

Glycyrrhizinate dipotassium ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ 40 mg
Additives: lactose hydrate, hydroxypropylcellulose, anhydrous silicic acid and magnesium stearate. -
Characteristic
The product contains pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, which is commonly used to treat rhinitis symptoms.
1. Glycyrrhizinate dipotassium reduces inflammation in throat and nose to improve rhinitis symptoms.
2. The five active ingredients are highly effective against sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose and other unpleasant symptoms due to rhinitis.
3. Easy portable blister package.
4. The medicine can be used in children from the age of 7 years. -
Important reference information
1. Do not take this medicine if:
・you have experienced allergic reactions to the medicine or to any of its ingredients before,
・you have difficulty urinating due to prostatic hypertrophy, or
・you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension), heart disease, thyroid dysfunction or diabetes.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines during the medication.
・other oral medicines for rhinitis
・oral medicines containing antihistamine such as cold remedies, antitussives, expectorants, medicine for motion sickness and anti-allergic drugs
・gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics
3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking the medicine.
Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision and abnormal dazzle may occur.
4. Do not use the medicine for a long period of time.
5. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting the medication if:
(1) you are receiving medical treatment,
(2) you are pregnant or possibly pregnant,
(3) you are elderly,
(4) you have experienced allergic reactions to any medicine before,
(5) you have high fever or difficulty urinating,
(6) you have been diagnosed with glaucoma, or
(7) you are taking any of monoamine oxidase inhibitors such as selegiline hydrochloride.
6. Discontinue the medication immediately and consult your doctor or pharmacist showing the package insert if the following symptoms occur:
・[skin] rash, reddening, itching
・[digestive system] nausea, vomiting, poor appetite
・[neuropsychiatric system] dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache
・[urinary organ] difficulty urinating
・[others] hot flash, abnormal dazzleIn rare cases, significant symptoms listed below may occur.
In such case, seek medical care immediately.
・Shock (Anaphylaxis) ・・・・・ symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarse voice, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitation and disorienting consciousness occur immediately after taking the medicine.
・Aplastic anemia ・・・・・ symptoms such as bruise, nose bleeding, gum bleeding, fever, pale color of the skin or mucous membrane, feeling of fatigue, palpitation, difficulty breathing, feeling sick and dizzy, and bloody urine occur.
・Agranulocytosis ・・・・・ symptoms such as sudden high fever, chills and sore throat occur.
7. Dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation or blurred vision may occur. If any of these persist or worsen, discontinue the medication and consult your doctor or pharmacist showing the package insert.
8. If no improvement is seen after 5 to 6 days of medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist showing the package insert. -
